Dealershipt

AI-native software for car dealerships.

We make the software a dealership runs on day to day: a home base for the sales team, an up list for the sales floor, e-signed deal forms, and dealership websites. Two of these products have MCP connectors, so Claude and other AI assistants can work directly with a dealership's own staff, schedules, product knowledge and deals.

Dealerbase Camp

A home base for dealership sales teams: the staff directory, monthly sales schedules, documents and resources, product knowledge, announcements, and links to every portal the team uses. Salespeople, sales managers and store admins all work out of it.

Camp has an MCP server, described below, that lets an AI assistant work with the dealership's data under each person's role. There is also an in-app AI assistant for everyday questions, so salespeople don't have to leave Camp to get an answer.

Best Up

A live, shared queue for the sales floor. Reps see where they stand, take customers in turn, log walk-ins, appointments and be-backs, and message each other. Managers set the rotation, watch the floor in real time and pull reports. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web.

When a new dealership signs up, AI finds its sales team on the dealership's public website and turns it into a roster. The manager reviews it before anyone is invited, instead of typing in every rep by hand.

Dealer website platformIn development

A new website platform for dealerships, and our alternative to Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire and Apollo. Each store gets inventory search, vehicle pages, specials, service, financing and trade-in pages on a shared foundation, plus a staff workspace for content, promotions, hours, leads and inventory. It's built for car shoppers, the dealership staff who run the site, and dealer principals.

Shoppers get an AI assistant that searches the store's inventory, compares vehicles, and quotes only the specials the dealer has published, with their disclosures. It prepares test-drive, service, finance and trade-in requests for the shopper to review, and it is instructed never to invent prices, rates or offers.

ReliablePDF

E-signing for dealership paperwork. Sales staff send deal forms to customers with pre-mapped fields and collect signatures, and the accounting and office teams find every signed document in one place instead of chasing paper.

Paste a customer's details from the CRM and AI pulls out the name, address, phone, email, VIN and stock number, then fills them into the right fields on every form in the deal. It also rewrites a salesperson's notes into short, clear wording for We-Owe forms. ReliablePDF has an MCP endpoint too, described below.

Built for Claude and AI agents

Most of what a dealership knows sits in tools an AI assistant can't reach. Two of our products expose that data through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so Claude or any other MCP-capable assistant can read and update it with the same permissions the person already has.

Dealerbase Camp's MCP server uses OAuth sign-in and checks every request against the person's role at their dealership. It covers the staff directory, resources, product knowledge, dealership info and monthly sales schedules. Schedule changes need a manager or admin, and directory changes need an admin. Once it's connected, a manager can ask Claude things like:

  • “Who's on the published schedule this Saturday?”
  • “Find the extension for our used car manager.”
  • “What does our product knowledge say about home charging?”
  • “Draft next month's sales schedule, check it for problems, and save it as a draft for me to review.”
  • “Export this month's schedule as a PDF.”

An admin can also ask it to add a new salesperson to the directory.

ReliablePDF's MCP endpoint uses a personal access key with separate read, write and archive permissions. It lets an assistant search, open, create and update the deals a salesperson owns, so customer details go into the paperwork without retyping. A salesperson might ask “Find the deal for this customer's email address,” and then “Update the VIN and stock number on that deal.”

Why we're doing this

Dealership software is built on decades of code debt and complacency, and a lot of it is sold with hard sales and lock-in. We would rather start over: build what dealerships actually need, ship it quickly, and keep fixing it based on how it gets used on the floor.

We're starting small, with Volvo and Polestar dealerships in Miami. Every product is built and tested on a working showroom floor before it goes anywhere else.
